Getting started

No. They point the normal phone camera at your code and their own Contacts app does the rest. Nothing to install on either side, and no account for them to create.

A couple of minutes. Create your workspace, fill in your details, and your card and its QR code are generated straight away — ready to print or drop into an email signature.

Yes. One workspace holds everyone. Add a colleague and their card exists immediately; they sign in and fill in their own details.

Yes. Set them once in Settings and they apply to the app and to every card your team publishes, with no second stylesheet and nothing to re-upload per person.

Sharing and scanning

iPhone and Android, straight from the camera. The contact is delivered as a standards compliant vCard, which is the format both platforms import natively.

One puts your details inside the code itself, so the camera offers "Add to Contacts" with no download at all. The other puts a link in the code that hands over a full contact file. The first is faster; the second guarantees every field on every handset. You can offer both and let people choose.

With the contact-file style, yes — name, position, organisation, both numbers, email, website, address and photo. With the in-code style a few older Android cameras show a cut-down "quick add" that keeps only name, phone and email. That limit is in the phone, not in your card, which is why both styles exist.

Only if you use the in-code style, where the details are baked into the symbol. With the link style the code never changes — people always get your current details.

Accounts and billing

Nothing breaks. Cards you have already published keep working; you are asked to move up a plan before adding more people.

Yes, and not just visually. Every query is bound to your organisation at the database layer, and a request with no organisation attached is refused outright rather than quietly returning everything.

Yes. Removing the organisation removes its people, cards and statistics with it.
